ALERT:

Effective May 1, 2020, the Companies Office will be responsible for the incorporation of cooperative corporations (co-ops) in Manitoba. In addition to incorporations, this also includes updating of articles of incorporation, or the dissolution of a co-op in Manitoba. The Financial Institutions Regulation Branch (FIRB) will continue to remain responsible for the review of securities offerings and housing cooperative appeals. Click here to learn more.
